I share those same concerns.  My name is Josh, and I own and operate Carbon Farming Enterprises. Since 2016, I have been building an agricultural system that I believe provides conscious eaters with the ability to eat well, while doing good.

I raise South Poll cattle on grass and sunshine to bring you the rich, distinctive flavors of Nebraska’s tallgrass prairie.  I’ve come to learn food raised the right way is both more nourishing and more delicious.
